Jordana's 1st Birthday

Last Saturday, we brought our booth down to the Shoreline City Hall for Jordana's 1st Birthday. Her family and friends had a great time in our booth!

The party was rainbow-themed, so we created a custom greenscreen which created the effect of a "rainbow curtain" for the pictures. This made for some great pics!

Updated Pricing

Now that things are getting going at Mojo Photo Booth, we have adjusted our pricing to benefit our future customers best. Some exciting changes include:

• New 2 Hour Pricing. We realize that for some events, 3 hours is just too long to have a photo booth. I know at our wedding, the reception only lasted about 2 hours. Rather than having to pay for a full 3 hours and lose an hour, we now offer a more affordable 2 hour option. This is also great for birthday parties, company events, and more that would benefit. The 3 hour option, though, is still our best bargain.
• Off-Season Lower Rates. Instead of having one rate for the entire year, we are now offering a lower rate for off-season events taking place from Oct. 1 - Apr. 30. The rate for a 3 hour rental during that time period will only be $545.00. Prime time events from May 1 - Sept. 30 will still be at a low $695 rate for 3 hours.

We still plan on offering specials too throughout the year, especially for early bookings. The best way to stay up -to-date on specials is to "Like" our Facebook page.

Cherry Crest PTSA Auction

Last Saturday, Mojo Photo Booth headed over to the Westin Hotel in Bellevue. We hosted our photo booth for Cherry Crest Elementary's annual PTSA auction. 

They had a "Wizard of Oz" theme, so we created an "Emerald City" background on the green screen for them. This created a memorable photo for each guest to remind them of their exciting night. Everyone enjoyed the booth and said we were a fun addition to their auction.

Busy Weekend at Mojo Photo Booth!

Whew...we had a busy weekend.

Friday night, we headed down to the U District and the UW Tower for the UW International English Language Program's Winter Quarter event. About 200 students showed up and definitely made use of the booth for the entire 2 hours.

Saturday night we returned to the U District to Hotel DECA for the Pi Beta Phi Sorority's Dads & Daughters Casino Night. The girls and their dads loved the booth. We did a custom layout for them which printed one large picture and three smaller pictures on a 4x6 print. Two prints were printed for each session...one print was given to the dads/daughters and one was put into a scrapbook, where they could write a message next to their photo.

NW Bridal Showcase

We met so many great brides last weekend at the NW Bridal Showcase hosted at the Tulalip Resort & Casino in Marysville.

Some positive feedback about how Mojo Photo Booth differs from other local area photo booths that we got from brides who tried out our booth included:

• How large our booth was. The other booths featured at the show barely held 3-4 people. Ours can hold 10 and very comfortably holds 3-6 people. Think about it...you'll be in your gorgeous wedding gown on your wedding day, which takes up space too. You won't want to be the only person in the booth...our booth will easily allow you and all of your friends/bridal party to fit in the booth for some fun pics. One bride we talked with even described the other smaller photo booths as a "pain" to fit in to with just 3 people.
• Being able to see yourself on a live view monitor before pictures are taken. Our booth allows your guests to see their poses before every shot...other booths just take the pictures, leaving you to guess how the photo strips will come out.
• Traditional size photo strips. Our photo booth prints 2 - 2x6 photo strips for each photo session. We then can customize the header with any text, font, colors, and design to make your strips more memorable. Of course, we do have options available for a custom layout where you can choose the location and number of pictures on a 4x6 print.
• North Puget Sound Location. One person told me many Seattle-based photo booths wanted to charge an additional fee for going to weddings in the north end. We are located out of Mount Vernon so we have no problem going to weddings in Snohomish, Everett, Marysville, Arlington, Stanwood, Sedro-Woolley, Anacortes, & Bellingham. Of course, we still go to Seattle, Bellevue, and cities in the north metro area too for no additional cost.
• Choice of Color or Black & White for every photo strip. Your guests push a button in the booth before their photo session for color or black & white allowing each guest to choose what they like best.
• The biggest one...affordability. Other booths are charging $800 or more for a basic package...they'll charge you more for props, delivery, etc. Weddings are expensive...we want you to be able to offer the fun of a photo booth at your wedding at a price you can afford.
